Our coffee is grown in controlled environments with the coffee seedlings grown in organic manure from the dairy farm which produces over 50tons of cow manure annually.
We also use worms to ensure that the cow manure is further broken down to provide the right carbon and nitrogen ratios.
Our seedlings are grown in a regulated environment ensuring they receive all the nutrients needed for a healthy coffee bush.
Once the coffee beans are harvested from the coffee farms they are sundried on sun drying beds.
The dried green beans are then roasted to provide the distinctive Kenyan Arabica coffee that is loved all around the world!
